How Our Service Process Works

All NunaVision cleaning services begin with an inquiry. You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. Here is what to expect:

  1. Initial Contact - Tell us about your space, the type of cleaning you need, and your preferred schedule. You can do this by phone at 867-222-NUNA, by email at cleaning@nunavision.com, or through the contact form on nunavision.ca.
  2. Consultation and Assessment - For recurring contracts and larger jobs, we conduct a site visit to assess your specific needs, facility layout, and any special requirements such as healthcare-grade protocols or hazardous material handling.
  3. Custom Proposal - We prepare a tailored cleaning plan and pricing proposal based on facility type, square footage, service frequency, and scope of work. Pricing is always discussed upfront before any work begins.
  4. Service Agreement - Once terms are agreed upon, we formalize the arrangement. For recurring clients, this includes a service agreement outlining schedule, scope, pricing, and cancellation terms.
  5. Service Delivery - Our trained crew arrives on schedule with all necessary equipment and supplies. Supervisors conduct quality checks during and after every job.

Pricing and Payment

NunaVision does not publish fixed prices. All pricing is custom because every facility, schedule, and scope of work is different. We provide written quotes after consultation. Pricing factors include facility size, cleaning type, frequency, special equipment needs, and accessibility.

We offer three general service tiers:

  • Basic - Routine maintenance cleaning for small to mid-size offices and commercial spaces.
  • Standard - Comprehensive cleaning packages for larger offices, retail spaces, and multi-area facilities.
  • Premium - Full-service solutions for industrial, healthcare, and crew housing environments with specialized protocols.

Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. For one-time jobs, payment is due upon completion. For recurring contracts, invoicing is typically bi-weekly or monthly. We accept e-transfer, cheque, and direct deposit.

Scheduling and Cancellations

NunaVision offers flexible scheduling. Cleaning services operate Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency cleaning is available 24/7, including Sundays and holidays.

For recurring service contracts, schedule changes require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations of individual scheduled visits with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

Contract cancellations require written notice as specified in your agreement, typically 30 days for monthly contracts.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the specific concern at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to all service tiers.

Safety and Compliance

NunaVision maintains strict safety standards on every job. Our crews follow documented procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with all federal and territorial workplace safety regulations.

We carry appropriate business insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request for contract clients.

For healthcare and industrial sites, our teams are trained in facility-specific sanitation protocols, biohazard handling, and proper use of hospital-grade disinfectants. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all cleaning products are available upon request.

Environmental Practices

NunaVision is committed to environmental responsibility. We use biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning agents wherever possible. We minimize waste, properly dispose of all materials, and select energy-efficient equipment. Our eco-friendly practices are available for all service tiers.

Limitation of Liability

NunaVision takes reasonable care in performing all cleaning services. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service delivery, we will work with the client to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to the value of the service contract for that visit.
