We have been providing dependable cleaning and property care services in the Kivalliq region for several years. Our experience covers commercial, aviation, residential turnover, and emergency work.
Our primary base is Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. We also serve other Kivalliq communities depending on the scope of work and logistics. If you have a project outside Rankin Inlet, contact us to discuss availability.

Scheduling & Process
How we plan, communicate, and keep things running smoothly.
You can request a quote through our Contact page, by email, or by phone. We will ask about the type of space, the scope of work, and your timeline. Most quotes are returned within 48 hours.
For standard contracts, we can typically begin within one to two weeks of agreement. For urgent or emergency cleaning, we can often mobilize within 24 hours depending on team availability.
Yes. Many of our contracts require off-hours work so that facilities are clean and ready before staff or residents arrive. We schedule around your needs.
We understand that northern operations require flexibility. If a schedule needs to shift due to weather, travel delays, or operational changes, we communicate early and adjust without disruption.
We work with you on fair terms. If circumstances change, contact us directly and we will find a reasonable path forward. Our goal is a long-term working relationship, not a rigid contract.
Northern Operations
How we manage the realities of working in Nunavut.
We maintain local inventory of essential supplies and plan restocking around sealift and air cargo schedules. We build buffer stock into our operations so that service is never interrupted by shipping delays.
We follow all community safety advisories. During blizzard conditions or extreme cold warnings, we prioritize crew safety. As soon as conditions allow, we resume service and communicate any schedule adjustments promptly.
We hire locally whenever possible and invest in training, fair wages, and a respectful work environment. Many of our team members have been with us long term because we treat people well and value reliability over credentials.
Safety & Standards
How we protect the people and spaces we serve.
We follow WHMIS guidelines, maintain Safety Data Sheets for all products, and conduct regular safety briefings with our team. Our cleaning protocols meet or exceed facility-specific requirements for every contract.
Yes. All NunaVision team members working in sensitive facilities such as schools, government buildings, and aircraft undergo appropriate screening and background checks as required by the client or facility.
We use detailed cleaning checklists tailored to each facility, conduct regular quality inspections, and maintain open communication with our clients. If something does not meet the standard, we address it immediately.
Yes. NunaVision maintains a comprehensive health and safety policy that covers PPE use, chemical handling, incident reporting, and emergency procedures. A copy is available upon request for any contract.
Community
Our roots in Rankin Inlet and commitment to the community.
We live here. Our team members are your neighbours, parents at the same schools, people you see at the Northern Store. NunaVision is not a southern company parachuting in. We are part of the community we serve.
Always. Local hiring is a core commitment. We believe the best way to build a strong company is to invest in the people who already call this place home.
Yes. We support local events, youth programs, and community initiatives when we can. We believe that a company rooted in its community should give back to it.
